The Cancer Clinical Trials and Investigational Medicine Units platform aims to drive impactful and innovative clinical research and elevate Singapore’s position as a leading destination for conducting cancer clinical trials. We offer unique solutions to support and streamline clinical trial conduct by bringing together the expertise, capabilities and resources across the three healthcare clusters in Singapore. Our platform works closely with research and pharmaceutical/ biotechnology organisations in both the public sector and industry with the common goal of facilitating access to innovative treatments for cancer patients.
Our capabilities and initiatives

An established framework for collaborative multi-centre cancer research with streamlined contracting and centralised workflows for facilitation of multi-centre studies

Coordinate and promote translational cancer research collaborations for and amongst different Large Collaborative Grant (LCG) programmes and cancer groups

Founded a national Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network – the STCC Tumour Groups - comprising of multidisciplinary experts from Singapore’s three healthcare clusters aimed to:

Develop strategic cancer research agenda aligned with national needs.
